Canadiana Campaign

The Canadiana campaign supported a national mental health initiative offering 2 free hours of therapy and 2 months of iCBT to Canadians, alongside research released by Mental Health Research Canada on anxiety levels related to the Canada–U.S. tariff situation.

The campaign generated 118 million paid and earned media impressions, showcasing GreenShield as a leader in the mental health industry, acquired 3,493 new GreenShield+ members, supported 1,186 Canadians with free mental health services, and generated over $75,000 in Mental Health session revenue.


GreenShield for Small Business Digital Ad Campaign

GreenShield for Small Business is a digital group benefits solution for Canadian small employers, offering flexible, customizable health benefits with simple administration and predictable costs. This campaign included paid ads highlighting these value propositions.


GreenShield Personal Insurance Persona Review

This project translated key research insights into UX updates for the GreenShield Personal Insurance persona pages, reflecting concerns about access to healthcare and the value placed on comprehensive coverage. Content and page modules were updated to better align with these expressed needs.
